When it comes to low intensity cardio from a fitness/aesthetics pov, I don’t think there’s a superior form. You’re better off choosing the form you personally enjoy the most since LISS cardio is really a matter of showing up(and hanging on). I wouldn’t care too much about which form burns calories more efficiently since the effort/ intensity usually scales with the calorie burn rate. For example, walking on incline burns more calories than walking flat… but walking on incline is objectively harder and more demanding. In general, choose the form you enjoy, and determine the intensity based on how much time you want the cardio sesh to be. Lets get after it this year! #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
