Replying to @madita guys! Gut health is sooo important!! I used to rlly struggle with bloating after meals and wouldn’t want to even eat before a night out as I would bloat. Now I don’t restrict, feel fine eating before I go out as I know I won’t bloat like before as I have learnt to prioritise gut health. Also bloating is normal I do bloat too srill but not like I used too & I used to be in pain with the bloating after eating anything and now I dont!
