Being flinchy and having defense be the automatic mechanism your son uses when he feels scared I mean, the poor kid flinched so hard when you brought him a plate of food .. that flinching is stemming from trauma. It’s very obvious to all of us on TikTok. We just want what is best for that child and hope that the parents get the help with that they need to be better for their kid. I do believe that we all deserve a chance to better ourselves and I understand what postpartum depression is like and how it can last for years, but you no longer matter when you become a parent, everything is about your children now. your wants and needs don’t matter anymore unfortunately so if the poor kids waking up earlier than you would like boo-hoo for you. And I’m sure you don’t enjoy being the way that you are swallowing your pride, admitting your faults surrendering and asking for help is not easy but I suggest that’s what you do to better this situation for yourself.
