One of my most common questions is how I stay fit and eat all the food I post. truth is, yes I'm showing this pizza 🍕 but no I didn't finish the slice. I'm not a competitive eater. I eat everything in moderation, I work out, I eat a lot of protein and whole foods but yes I eat pizza when I want it. I found that limiting myself only made me want things more. and while the term cheat day can have a certain meaning to some, to me it is the idea that you can over indulge sometimes (give me an ice cream sundae and I'll eat the whole thing) and as long as you live a balance lifestyle it's not going to set you back in your fitness goals this is what works for me but everyone is different!
