This is my favorite toasted marshmallow syrup. It’s thick and very flavorful. C O L D B R E W I think dark roast would have been better for this brew but I only had medium roast to work with today. The machine does a good enough job for me and what I like. The only negative is that it takes about 3-4 minutes to brew 14 oz. It can brew up to 18oz though! This dairy free cold foam was not my fave, it tasted very much like oats and just sweet with no significant flavor profile. I made a cookie butter latte here with 1883 Speculoos syrup. So delish! I use whole milk for my latte art! It’s what’s frothed the best for me. I used to use oatmilk but it seemed to give me the most trouble and sometimes the milk did what it’s supposed to and other days it wouldn’t do anything at all so I’ve switched to whole milk and the art has been better!
