Ingredients: 125g @Flavorite Tiny Toms tomatoes 2 eggs 2 cups flour Baking powder 1 Zucchini 1 carrot 1/4 cup frozen peas 1 cup shredded cheese 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1/4 cup olive oil Salt, pepper and Italian herbs to taste Method: Combine all of the wet ingredients together. Add the dry ingredients and mix only until just combined, without over mixing. Save this recipe and make your own fruit roll ups! All you need is a few pantry staples and a pile of your kids leftover fruit. Ingredients: - 2-3 cups of strawberries - 2 TB sugar or a generous squeeze of honey or maple syrup. - juice of 1 lemon Purée the strawberries. Add sugar and lemon juice. Spread onto a tray lined with baking paper and bake on 110 C Fan for 2 hours or until it’s no longer sticky. Allow to cool and cut into strips. It’s hamentashen szn 🥳 Ingredients ⬇️ For the dough: 170g butter 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 1 tspn vanilla 2 1/4 cups flour Pinch of salt A few teaspoons of water For the filling: 120 cream cheese 2 tablespoons sugar Vanilla essence A squeeze of lemon juice Whisk the butter and sugar together. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Wrap in cling wrap and chill in the fridge for an hour or two. One chilled, roll the dough into a disc and dip one side of it in spinkles.
