And I do NOT regret it…it can be tough to make a choice that goes against tradition, even for someone like me who champions objectivity. There is no solid reason why you should not be able to accomplish everything for the chest with fly variations. Of course presses still work great. But for someone who can use all the advantages possible, removing triceps from the equation SEEMS to have done wonders. I of course do not have body composition analysis testing methods on hand to verify.
