Taco Tuesday! 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮 1. Start with a yellow cake cupcake 2. Cut the top of the cupcake off, and then cut the top in half 3. Add frosting to the base of the cupcake (I used a large round tip - Ateco 809) 4. Use chocolate cake crumbles as the “ground beef” 5. Use light green sprinkles as “lettuce” and yellow sprinkles as “cheese” 6. I used chopped up sour streamers as “tomatoes” but you can use any red gummy candy 7. This design is just like my reindeer from this winter, but with a way longer neck 😳 I wish I used a yellow cupcake or liner for the body, but I still love her! If you make these yourself, I suggest freezing the cupcake for 10 mins after inserting the pretzels so they can set and be more stable. Dino fossils! 🦖🦕🦴 I used to want be an archaeologist simply so I could brush off artifacts in the dirt 😆 These cupcakes made me feel closer to that dream!! 1. Create a flat surface of brown buttercream on the cupcake, then pipe an irregular border all the way around. 2. Cover with cookie crumbs and shake off excess. (I mixed cocoa powder with graham cracker crumbs to make this warm brown colored dirt, but you could also use oreo crumbs or biscoff crumbs) 3. Use white chocolate or candy melts on parchment paper to pipe the fossils and place in the freezer to set. 4. Carefully place fossils onto the cupcakes, and cover with more cookie crumbs. 5.
