Airfryer Pizza Toastie 🍕🍞🤤 If you’ve not had a pizza Toastie then you’re probably missing out, so easy to make. I usually make pizza bagels but this is a nice change Ingredients - 2 slices of bread - Cheddar or mozzarella - Pepperoni - Few tbsp Pizza sauce or passata - 1 tbsp tomato purée - 1/2 tsp Garlic optional - 1 tsp Italian dry herbs 🌿 Method. 1. Mix the pizza sauce, garlic and herbs spread over the bread 2. Top with cheese and pepperoni 3. To stop the pepperoni blowing off use cocktail sticks to keep them in place 4. Airfry for 7 mins or so at 180 You could also skip the pepperoni and just do it with veg. Sear the beef on a hot pan, you be an use oil if you like and season with salt and pepper 2. Then soften the onions and add to the slowcooker with all other ingredients. Ingredients: 1 sourdough baguette, cut into thin slices 250g chestnut mushrooms, thinly sliced 1-2 tbsp olive oil 1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1-2 tablespoons unsalted butter Salt and pepper Handful of fresh thyme Handful of fresh chives 2-3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 80g Philadelphia Method: 1. Slice the bread into 1-2cm slices then drizzle in oil and air fry for 7 minutes at 200 2. Add some butter to a pan on medium heat, along with your fresh thyme, garlic, salt and pepper. Give it a good mix then add your mushrooms. 3. Simmer then addyour balsamic vinegar and cook until sauteed. 4. I’m so so grateful for all of your support in 2024, hope you enjoy the pie and have a Merry Christmas 💙 Ingredients: - 800g beef steak or rump (or 1kg brisket), chopped - 440ml can of Guinness - 200ml beef stock - 1 tbsp tomato purée - 1 tsp dried rosemary - 1 tsp dried thyme - 1 tsp dried oregano - 1 bay leaf - 1 tbsp brown sugar (Optional) - 2 carrots, roughly chopped - 1 red onion, chopped - 1 celery stick, chopped - 1-2 heaped tbsp cornflour or gravy powder - 3 garlic cloves, crushed - 1 sheet of ready-rolled shortcrust pastry - 1 egg, beaten, to glaze the pastry - salt and pepper, to taste Method: 1. Throw all the ingredients, except the pastry and egg, in the slow cooker. 2. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7-8 hours. Discard the bay leaf. 3. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Top the beef filling with the pastry using the slowcooker lid to measure & cut round, tuck it round the pie, then brush with the beaten egg. Pop the ovenproof slow-cooker pot (without the lid) into the oven for 20/25 minutes until golden and crisp. 2 Ingredient Flatbreads 🥙 Why pay money for flatbreads at a supermarket when you can make them yourself using only two ingredients? Perfect to serve with a curry on a cold day, or they are great when packed with your favourite sandwich fillings. Ingredients: - 280g Self Raising Flour - 250g Greek Yoghurt (I used 0% fat) Method: 1. Add your self-raising flour and Greek yoghurt to a bowl and combine with a fork. Dust your surface with some flour and knead the mixture for a few minutes. 2. Form a ball with the dough and flatten. Cut the ball into four or eight (depending how small you like the flatbreads) 3. Flatten using a rolling pin and then transfer onto pan (medium-high heat). Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. 4. For a full book of macro counted slowcooker recipes, Six Ingredient Slowcooker is £10 and OUT NOW 📕 Serves: 5 Ingredients - 400g lean beef mince - 700g passata - 1 tbsp tomato purée - 3 garlic cloves, grated or chopped - Handful of fresh coriander, chopped, plus extra to garnish - 1 red chilli, sliced - 1 onion, chopped - 1 packet of chilli con carne spice mix (or you can make your own) - 700ml chicken stock - 400g tin of kidney beans, drained and rinsed - 1 red pepper, chopped - 250g dried macaroni - 120g Cheddar cheese (reduced fat if you can), grated Salt and pepper, to taste Method 1. Ideally brown the mince but if not, Add the beef mince, passata, tomato purée, garlic, half the coriander, the chilli, onion, chilli con carne spice mix and salt and pepper to the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7-8 hours. 2. Add the stock, kidney beans, red pepper and macaroni and cook on high for a further 45 minutes. If cooking on low, you’ll need to leave it for closer to 1 hour to cook the pasta. 3. Air Fryer Cheeseburger Bowl 🍔 Serves 3 494 Calories If you’re craving a burger but want abetter version, here is one of my go-to meals I prepare. Crispy cubed potatoes in the airfryer with a cheeseburger topping! Ingredients: 600g golden baby potatoes 500g lean beef mince (I used 5% fat) 50ml beef stock 1 tbsp tomato purée 1 tsp mustard 1 tbsp paprika 100g reduced fat cheese Iceburg lettuce, sliced 8 cherry tomatoes, diced 30g crinkle cut gherkins For the sauce: 3x tbsp light mayo 1 tbsp tomato ketchup (less sugar & salt) 1 tsp mustard 1 tsp garlic puree Dash of gherkin juice Method: 1. Chop your potatoes into small cubes and pop into a bowl with some oil, cajun, salt, pepper and give it a good mix. Airfry for 20 minutes at 200. 2. While that is cooking prepare your mince by cooking it in a man (medium heat) with some oil, salt, pepper and cajun. When its starting to brown add 1 heaped tablespoon of tomato puree with 1 tsp of mustard and 50ml beef stock. Give it a good mix until fully cooked. 3. Prepare your burger sauce by mixing the ingredients above in a small bowl 4. Here they are with a flavour twist in the Airfryer For the sauce: - 4-6 tbsp sweet chilli - 4 tbsp cranberry - 4 tbsp dark soy sauce - 1-2 tbsp orange juice - 1 tbsp dark brown sugar - Juice of one lime Method: 1. Steep the dates in boiling water for 30 mins then mash with a fork 2. Mix together your butter and sugar 3. Add to a bowl with the remaining sponge ingredients 4. Add to a greased slow cooker and cook on high for 2-2.5 hours or 5-7 on low. 5. A great party snack or side dish, using the @Nando’s UK & Ireland PERi-PERi rub 🍗 Ingredients: 750g baby potatoes 75g diced chorizo 1-2 tbsp olive oil 1 packet of @nandosuk PERi-PERi rub @nandosuk sweet chilli jam to serve Method: Dice your baby potatoes into halves and pop into a large bowl. Add a drizzle of olive oil along with 1/2 packet of the @nandosuk PERi-PERi rub Make sure the potatoes are evenly coated, then air fry for 22 minutes at 200 At 20 minutes, pop your diced chorizo into the air fryer basket with the potatoes and give it a quick mix.
