I do wonder what lies beyond! Do you?

Whales, and masks, and fire trucks oh my! We just had some of the biggest waves in many moons and my friends and I know a secret place where the trash from the ocean swirls into a cave life area and we always clean it after big swells! Today was coconuts! Can you believe what we found!?

Did you know crab exoskeletons are made of chitin, a natural material that breaks down and helps nourish the ecosystem? 🌊🦀 While exploring tide pools on the hot lava, I found some exoskeletons (don’t worry, these crabs have already molted or moved on 🦀✨) and gave them a little squish—especially the eyes, as requested! 👀 Fun fact: the exoskeleton is like armor for crabs, protecting them until they outgrow it and leave it behind. By squishing these leftover shells, I help them break down faster and return vital nutrients to the ocean. 💧♻️ What should I squish next? Drop your ideas below! 💭👇

🌋🔥 Just another day sprinting across hot lava to uncover treasures in tide pools! 🐚✨ Along the way, I found Sam the sea cucumber, stranded as the tide pool started drying up. Did you know sea cucumbers breathe through their butts (yes, really!) and can only survive out of water for a short time because they rely on water to breathe and stay hydrated? 🥵💦 Luckily, I was able to save Sam before it was too late. 🌊💙 Remember, every little rescue counts when it comes to protecting our ocean friends! #TidePoolAdventures #SeaCucumberFacts #OceanRescue #Moana2 #SeaCreatures

Every day, I find the wildest creatures in my treehouse front yard! Tide pools are endless treasure chests of fun! Even the smiling sea cucumber thinks so! Come adventure with me, applying my bio!

Rescuing a BABY OCTOPUS! 🐙💙 Did you know a mama octopus can lay up to 200,000 eggs at once?! 🤯 But only a few make it to adulthood. I live in a treehouse on the beach and my best friend is an octopus named Ocho (and I think he found a love recently:) and then the huge waves washed their babies up on the lava! This little one beat the odds with some help! 🐚🌊 Who else wants to help protect our underwater animal friends? 🌟 #BabyOctopusRescue #AlisonsAdventures #SaveTheOctopus
