I forgot how bad his napping used to be! This was probably his worst attempt, it's slightly painful to watch back having to yell at him but his behavior was dangerous and I used no other aids, just voice and leg. Riding on a road within a 20mph limit. You'd think two great big horses at the side of the road would make you slow down to the speed limit? obviously not! This is the reason I ALWAYS box out to ride and don't ride from home, the only reason I'm doing so now is because I'm without a car. So I thought I'd post the whole video, so that you can see I was preparing for a nap, as Billy always naps on the lane. I don't post my videos to be told how to ride or be given advice, so if you don't like how I ride please don't feel the need to comment. For those of you asking about how I deal with a horse known for napping, this video might help you.
