Empowered women, Empower women. This has been a journey I NEVER thought I’d be on, and I am incredibly proud of all my accomplishments thus far. I’ve shared my journey to inspire others that YES, you can run a marathon, half marathon etc if you train for it. Runners come in all shapes and sizes and judging someone’s capabilities based on their body composition is wrong. YES, I’ve had cosmetic work done, obviously I won’t have a “runners” body, whatever that means…. I hope I can inspire you to challenge yourself to get out of your comfort zone and pursue something only 1% of the world completes. Health is wealth, and I will forever preach that. To the young lady who shared a video that enabled people to make assumptions and cyber b*lly (both in her comments and mine); I hope you can take some time to reflect on your actions. Please do not spread misinformation for clicks and likes.
