It’s that time of year again, time to clean your North Face, it’s really pretty easy!! 👇 1. Remove everything for the pockets and zip them shut. 2. Pull the jacket inside out. 3. Place on a delicate wash cycle with a low temp (I go for 20 degrees). 4. Use a mild detergent (I also use an antibacterial additive). 5. After, place on a low temp tumble dry for 15min increments and continue to shake throughout. 6. Use wool dryer balls or tennis balls during the tumble, this will help move the down around. 7. Friendly reminder: it’s time to clean your vacuum! ✨ All you need is some water and a microfibre cloth. I personally like to use a small spot of dish soap on the non electrical attachments, but this isn’t necessary. I also use the soft head of my sonic scrubber, but again that’s optional. After 49 Sunday resets, a house move, and far too many cobwebs, I can confidently say these are my top cleaning tools of the year - tried and tested! 👏 ✨ Kärcher K2 Pressure Washer The most exciting part of getting a patio? Pressure washing it! This cuts through everything and makes cleaning so satisfying. It’s even been handy for washing my suitcase after travels. Can’t wait to tackle it again in the new year! 🫣 ✨ Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner Big steam cleaner fan over here 👋. This one’s a powerhouse, with an extra-long plug (no constant unplugging) and attachments for every job! ✨ Dyson Wash G1 Got my hands on this right at launch (perks of being a brand ambassador 😉), and I’ve used it every single week since! It’s ridiculously satisfying to use, and the self-clean feature is everything. ✨ Flash Dust Magnet An old favourite that’s become an essential since moving. High-beam ceilings mean uninvited house guests (hello, spiders), but the extendable arm lets me deal with them from a safe distance. Winner! ✨ Kärcher Window Vac Again, one I’ve used for a good while, but since the move we have windows we can actually clean the outsides of.
