I refuse to let anyone feel this way as we go into summer this year. As I always say, have as many health and fitness goals as you want (I have mine!) but wherever you end up with your body this summer, this year, this lifetime. You LOOK GOOD in cute outfits. They’re separate things. Your toned body or your soft body will LOOK GOOD this summer. You look good when you find outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident. You glow from the inside out when you know how valuable you are as a human and you understand the energy you bring into people’s lives has nothing to do with your body shape or size. Your body is one part of you, it’s not all there is about you. YOU’RE AMAZING. Love ya 🙂‍↔️
