what I eat in a day when my fridge is looking empty 🥹 (also I had some weird snack cravings today). Normally I don’t eat pizza or things like that, but we had no food & that was the only option 😭 to me pizza usually really hurts my stomach / makes me bloated, so I took a lactose pill & one digestive enzyme before eating it to help!
What I eat in a day ✨ this day I cheated and had pizza AND chicken bites…it’s not super normal for me to do this but sometimes you gotta just enjoy life and eat what your body is craving🙌🏻 normally I don’t have cravings for this type of stuff, but the odd time I do I just listen to my body & go for it. Now to avoid having a sibo flare up or upsetting my stomach, I do a few things before cheating! 1) I’m lactose intolerant so I definitely make sure I have a lactose pill handy and 2) I take a digestive enzyme anytime I eat unhealthy food to help my body process it better 🫶

what I eat in a day! A lot of you ask if I ever eat out and yes I do on occasion! When I eat out though, I always make sure to order a healthy meal. I really try to stay away from fried greasy food & opt for veggies and a healthy protein!
