These creamy chicken paninis may just be my new fave thing to cook.. recipes below⬇️ Here’s what you’ll need (serves 8 portions, unless you have two each): 4 paninis (cut in half) 750g chicken breast ½ pack mushrooms 150ml double cream 2 tbsp tomato puree & cheddar cheese Spices: 1 ½ tsp salt 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tbsp cajun 1 ½ tsp paprika 1 tsp parsley + 1 tbsp chilli flakes (if you want more heat) Pop these in the grill for a couple minutes till nice and golden brown and enjoy :) #goodfood #yummy #EasyRecipes #comfortfood #Recipe #fyp #foodbylaila

Here’s what you’ll need: * 700g chicken thighs Seasonings: * 2 ½ tsp gochujang paste * 1 tsp salt, paprika, chilli flakes, coriander powder & shock pepper. * 1 medium white onion * 350g rice (I boiled it on the day, leftover rice is fine too) * 5 tbsp dark soy sauce (good drizzle) * 5 scrambled eggs Garnish with some sesame seeds and parsley and enjoy :) #fyp #foodbylaila #midnightsnack #blowthisup
