With heaters and fire pits, it’s the perfect spot even on chilly days. ne of my top spots for dining in Portland—Lechon. ✨ This Peruvian-inspired restaurant has been serving incredible tapas for almost a decade, and truly, nothing on the menu misses. My go-to dishes? The grilled octopus, tuna tartare, and foraged mushrooms on toast. And if you're a steak lover, my boyfriend swears it's the best he's had. If you’re looking for a unique waterfall hike in Portland, check out the Horsetail Falls to Ponytail Falls Trail in the Columbia River Gorge (find on @alltrails) This steep .6-mile trail leads you to an epic spot where you can actually go behind the waterfall. While it’s a short distance, it’s definitely steep and rocky, so be ready for a bit of a challenge. As you gain elevation, the views are absolutely stunning, but fair warning—it gets windy the higher you go, and the mist from the waterfall can make it pretty chilly. Don’t be like me—come prepared for the cold!
