Even if you don't own the vehicle, you borrowed it, you receive the ticket! Did you buy it that way? Same thing, you receive the ticket. This goes for many laws, such as tinted licence plate covers. Police can give more than one Distracted Driving ticket at the same traffic stop? Yes!! Driver was using two phones with a third one mounted when stopped by Police. $1250 in fines, three day licence suspension, and three demerit points. Insurance rates will also go through the roof.
