There’s no secret or anything special to what I’ve done. I’ve been very open about my mommy makeover in 2024, but before that I lost 55lb naturally through a calorie deficit and exercise. Since that, I’ve lost another 10lb.
I mean I’ve been doing this anyways and I haven’t seen anyone do a rotisserie chicken for this yet! But for real there’s only two protein bars that I actually enjoy eating.
Honestly if commenting that makes you feel better about yourself, tell the entire world idc, but you’d still be wrong. And if you think my mommy makeover helped me lose the weight, you would again be wrong. I am so thankful for it for *getting rid of my excess skin from my weight loss, but it did not help me lose the weight. It’s weird that we live in a world where people think that you can’t lose weight naturally anymore. And if you’re wondering I gained 20lb AFTER my tuck and ended up losing it again because such is life and weight loss and being healthy is not linear! THAT BEING SAID, I would never judge you for having to use those tools to help you achieve happiness and healthiness. If that’s what you need to do so, I am rooting for you because I know it’s hard and I know it’s sometimes just not as simple as eating better and exercising. If you need those things don’t let anyone ever belittle you for “cheating”. They can kick rocks because at the end of the day, it’s none of their damn business anyways.
