Salt Crusted Air Fried Pork Belly 🤩 This might just make the crunchiest pork belly you’ve ever had with our solid salt crusting! One things for sure, we haven’t seen bubbles like that on our pork crackle in a long time. Wait until the end! 😱 Written recipe below; - Score the meat side of the pork belly, then season generously with Chinese five spice and Murray River Salt. - Massage the seasoning in to all of the scores with your hands. - Flip over to the rind and poke plenty of tiny holes with a very sharp knife. - Create a tight foil boat with foil then brush the skin with white vinegar - Cover the skin with plenty of salt. - Place in the Air Fryer set to 180C for 30 minutes. - Scrap off all of the salt then lightly brush the skin with neutral oil. - Place back in to the Air Fryer set to 200C for a further 30-45 minutes. - Once the crackle has set remove and allow to rest and harden for 10 minutes. - Slice, serve and enjoy! 🤗 This one is a MUST-TRY when it comes to pork crackle and it’s super simple in the Air Fryer! #cheatmeats #murrayriversalt #salt #porkbelly #airfry #airfryer #crispypork #porkcrackling #pork #porchetta #saltcrusted #bbq #barbecue #meat #airfryerrecipes #roastpork #keto

Low n Slow Beef Shin 🔥 These are a true labour of love when it comes to smoking, but the trusty Weber SmokeFire doesn’t miss a beat. If you’re looking to switch up your next pulled beef cook make sure you try our recipe below; - Trim any excess fat and silver skin from the beef shin. - Apply a layer of hot sauce to all sides for that extra kick. - Hit it heavy with BBQ seasoning on all sides. - Place in the SmokeFire upright set to 125C smoking temp for 5 hours. - Once the bark has set remove and wrap tightly in two layers of heavy duty foil. - Pour a can of your favourite beer in to the top of the shank wrapped in foil and seal. - Place back in the SmokeFire for 4.5 hours. - Once the beef shin has hit an internal temp of 95C (203F) and is probe tender remove. - Allow to rest for 30 minutes if needed or slowly rest in an esky for 2 hours for maximum tenderness. - Gently remove the bone, pull in to nice chunks and enjoy. #ad Pork Banh Mi CheatMeats Style 🤪 The game has changed with our keto-friendly, carnivore, crackle wrapped showstopper! Make sure you share this recipe with your fellow pork crackle lovers 🤤 - This is ALWAYS step no.1 for perfect pork belly; Pat dry, score, then cover the rind in salt to draw out excess moisture. Place in the top shelf of the fridge uncovered overnight. Wipe with paper towels until all of the moisture and salt is gone. - Slice roughly 1 kg of pork belly in to 3 equal pieces to form the “banh mi”. - Flip over to the meat side and season generously with Chinese five spice and salt. Massage in. - Flip back over rind side up and spray lightly with olive oil. - Season the rind with salt. - Place in to the air fryer preheated to 200C for roughly 45-55 minutes. - Meanwhile julienne 1-2 carrots in to a small bowl. - For the pickling liquid add 1 cup water, 1 cup vinegar, 2TBSP sugar, 2TBSP salt and 1 tsp mustard seeds to a pot. Set over high heat until the sugar has melted, then remove. - Add the pickling liquid to the carrots and allow to soften for 30 minutes. - Once the crackle has set on the pork and it is golden brown remove and rest for 10 minutes to harden. - To assemble place the pork belly banh mi’s on the plate then fill with fresh coriander, pickled carrot, fresh cucumber and red chilli. - Finish with a generous drizzle of spicy sriracha over the top and ENJOY! Slow Roasted Oxtail 🍖 This melt in your mouth beef has an intense beefy flavour making it perfect for your next stew or slow cooker meal. As the collagen breaks down during slow cooking it creates a depth of flavour that’s second to none! Written recipe below; - Season the oxtail with salt on all sides and then lightly dust with flour. - Add olive oil to a large casserole dish and set over high heat. - Brown off the oxtail and seal on all sides. - Deglaze the pan with white wine, then add 3-4 bay leaves, fresh thyme, 1 can of quality diced tomatoes and 1L beef stock. - Place the lid on the casserole dish and place in to a preheated oven set to 160C for 3 hours. - Remove the roast from the oven and add baby potatoes cut in half. - Place back in the oven and roast for a further 1.5-2 hours until the oxtail is tender. - Once the oxtail is nice and tender remove and allow to rest for 20 minutes. - Serve straight on the table with fresh thyme sprinkled over the top. Crunchy Pork Belly Burnt Ends 😍 First we smoked this for tenderness, then finished it in the oven for maximum crackle factor! Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder 🍖 This one’s all about patience and maximum flavour! We gave it a big, bold rub with @Murray River Salt , some fresh herbs, and let the oven do the rest. 5 hours later, it’s tender and falling off the bone 🤤 Finish with some pickled onions and a handful of fresh parsley to cut through the richness. Simple, honest food done right! Give our recipe below a try; - Score the top of the lamb shoulder with a sharp knife, then poke holes for the marinade to penetrate. - Add a generous layer of olive oil and massage all sides. - Add Murray River Salt, 2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp dry chilli flakes, 4 crushed garlic cloves, plenty of fresh rosemary, and massage in. - Add olive oil, 1 sliced brown onion, 4 cloves of garlic, fresh rosemary, and salt to the base of the roasting dish. - Place the lamb on top and close the lid. - Place in a preheated oven set to 160C for 4.5 hours. - Once the meat is tender, remove the roasting lid and cook for a further 30 minutes. - Once you have great colour in the lamb, remove and rest with the lid on for 20 minutes. - Gently place the lamb onto a large serving dish, garnish with pickled onions and fresh Italian parsley to serve ☺️ Who else loves their lamb? 🙋‍♂️ #cheatmeats #murrayriversalt #australianlamb #lamb #meat #lambshoulder #roastlamb #roastedlamb #aussielamb #bbq #slowcookedlamb #lambshanks #barbecue #carnivore

Easter Inspo incoming ➡️ Rosemary Butter Prime Rib coated in a seasoned herb butter, then slow roasted in the oven for 2 hours! This is utterly drool-worthy and perfect for the long weekend ahead. Full written recipe below; - Firstly begin by removing any excess hard fat from the outside of the rib roast then french trim the bones. - Season all sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder then loosely cover and allow to temper on the bench for 30 minutes. - Meanwhile prepare the rosemary butter in a small bowl; Combine 4-5 cloves of minced garlic, 1 heaped tbsp of chopped fresh rosemary, 150g softened butter, 2 tsp salt and mix. - Smear the softened herb butter over all sides of the rib roast. - Place the rib roast into a deep roasting tray on top of a bed of chopped carrot, onion and celery. - Place a sprig of fresh rosemary on the roast then place in the oven preheated to 160C. - Allow to roast for roughly 2 hours until the beef has hit an internal temp of 52C at both ends. - Remove and allow to rest on the bench for 20 minutes. - Slice the rib roast on a chopping board and then serve with the pan juices over the top. #cheatmeats #harveybeef #primerib #ribroast #grill #roast #beef #bbq #roastbeef #ribeye #ribeyesteak #meat #steak #butter #steakrecipes #barbecue #carnivore

Steak Cheese Toasties with Chimichurri 🧀🌿 Fresh tangy sauce, grilled Harvey Beef scotch fillet and gooey cheesy bread makes for the ultimate feast! This one’s great for breakfast, lunch or dinner so make sure you give it a try ⬇️ Chimichurri Sauce; - 1 finely chopped shallot - 1 finely diced red chilli - 3 finely diced garlic cloves - 1/2 cup chopped coriander - 1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley - 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil - 1/2 cup red wine vinegar - 2 tsp quality salt Mix together in a bowl and set on the bench for 30 minutes to develop in flavour. Recipe; - Place the scotch fillet steaks on a chopping board and season both sides with salt and pepper. - In another bowl combine 75g cream cheese, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp salt. - Mix together until the spices are combined - Spread a layer of the cream cheese on top of toasted bread and place into a bbq safe tray. - Add a layer of 50:50 grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top. - Gently place the seasoned steaks on to a barbecue grill set to high. - Slide the tray of cheesy bread next to the steaks. - After 2-3 minutes flip the steaks and then grill for a further 3 minutes. - Remove the steaks and bread from the grill and allow to rest. - Slice the steaks and serve on top of the cheese bread. Reverse Seared Tomahawk 🔥 Special occasions call for special steaks, and this wagyu tomahawk seasoned only with @Murray River Salt was pure heaven 🤤 Sometimes simple is best, so make sure you try this BBQ recipe for yourself: - Lightly trim any fat off the bone but keep any of the meat (that part’s for the chef 🤫). - Apply a lightly coating of olive oil to both sides of the tomahawk for the binder. - Season generously with Murray River Salt on both sides. - Set your barbecue up for indirect cooking and gently place the tomahawk on the grill away from the heat. - Close the lid and allow to cook for 45 mins to 1 hour. - Once the steak has hit an internal temp of 52C, remove. - Place slices of butter over the top of the steak and wrap loosely with foil, resting for 10 minutes. - Place the tomahawk back on the grill directly over the hot charcoal and grill for a minute each side. - Once you have a nice crust, remove. - Slice the steak against the grain and finish with another light sprinkle of salt.
