Nestled in the heart of Chinatown Houston, they’re famous for their pork chive dumplings and pan-fried dumplings, and let me tell you, they absolutely live up to the hype. We also tried their Beef Noodle Soup, which is a must-order. The noodles were perfectly chewy, the broth was packed with flavor, and the whole bowl felt like a warm hug—exactly what you need in this chilly weather. Best part? HOUSTON‘S MICHELIN STAR BBQ JOINT⭐️ We're slowly but surely making our way through the Michelin guide! This stop, Texas BBQ from @Corkscrew BBQ. And we’ve got to say, their food is well worth the wait! The brisket is melt-in-your-mouth tender, the ribs were glazed to perfection and the sides perfectly balanced their smoky co-stars. 🍖 We tried a bit of everything, and you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu—they’ve truly perfected their craft here. If we had to pick our favorites, it would have to be the brisket, ribs, and potato salad! Expect a wait coming here— up to 60 min on a weekday and sometimes, up to 3 hours on a Saturday...
