Ingredients 500-800 grams corn boiled and set aside 2 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 tablespoon flour 1 and 1/2 cups milk Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs 3 cheese slices Chopped fresh parsley for garnish Method Step 1 Boil the corn drain and set aside Step 2 In a pot heat the butter then add crushed garlic and sauté for a few seconds Add the flour and cook for a minute while stirring Step 3 Slowly pour in the milk while whisking to avoid lumps Add salt black pepper chilli flakes dried parsley and mixed herbs Stir well Step 4 Add the cheese slices and keep stirring until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth Step 5 Mix in the boiled corn combine well and cook for another 1 minute Step 6 Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm #Recipe #corn #recipeoftheday
