As many of you are aware the track Sick Boi has been removed off many streaming platforms due to an ongoing legal dispute over money. Due to my principles I could no longer face more weeks of painful back and forth so I made the incredibly difficult decision to pull the track myself so that it could stop being used as leverage I wanted to turn this whole situation into a positive so decided to make a track venting the anger and frustration I felt. I remember around 2018 i discovered ‘The Big Push’ for the first time. It was amazing, 4 blokes looking like they were from completely different eras coming together having the most fun and playing great music… what’s not to love? The performance that stuck out the most to me was ‘Wade in the water/Trouble so hard/Feeling good’. That bass line, the grittiness, Ren pouring his heart into that microphone & ripping the bass as if it was an electric guitar - fucking magic.
