Contrary to what your almond mom may have shown you growing up, weight loss doesn’t have to be the living hell it seemed. And you don’t have to make the rest of the house diet with you just because you want to drop 20 or 30lbs. Step 2) Eat everything in a calorie deficit (nothing crazy, just a small one). Step 3) Have moderation daily with your favorite food when you crave them (because nothing is inherently bad). BONUS Step 4) Use journaling as a tool whenever you feel like emotionally eating.
