Melt 6.5oz @guittardchocolate dark chocolate and 1 stick butter in the microwave. Stir in 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 3. Deflate dough. Divide in half. Roll each half into a big square. Spread half chocolate paste over each square. Roll up into a long, split down lengthwise, twist ropes together, place into greased @usa_pan loaf pans.
