I always get asked whether you should still pump and dump and the answer is no! As long as you have alcohol in moderation and wait 2-2.5 hours after having a drink.
#ad #ad We are in the thick of the newborn stage and potty training a toddler. But @Pampers Easy Ups with up to 100% leakproof protection is helping Grayson to feel more independent until he is ready for real underwear. #PampersPartner #pottytraining
Currently on maternity leave and here’s how much time I took off with each child. Now I had my first two kids in residency (real ghetto) and didn’t really have control over my schedule. Now that I do have more control I am taking 4 months off and so excited about soaking up all the moments with my baby girl. How much time did you take off for maternity leave?
Things they don’t tell you about postpartum. Even though I had my fourth baby I was still very surprised by these past few months 😭😭 Because where is the girl with the list? Lol What surprised you the most after you had your baby?
People will always try to place their insecurities on you. One thing about me, I will always be consistent when it comes to my health and fitness whether I am pregnant or not. At almost 3 months postpartum I am starting to feel great again and I know a lot of that had to do with how active I was during pregnancy. My goal is to train for another half marathon and then a full marathon and I am so excited to take you guys on this journey with me. I am determined to get in the best shape of my life as I approach 40.
10 week countdown to my sweet girl. She is officially one month old today and she is the perfect completion to our family. I discussed before that I usually get delivered around 37 weeks because of my extensive fibroid surgery and risk for uterine rupture. Because there was very little fluid when I was checking on her at my last shift I actually was delivered at around 36 weeks right after I made the last part of this video 😭. Luckily, she did fine and didn’t have to spend any time in the NICU. Were you delivered before or after your due date? #obgyn #momoffour
Not a SnapBack. A comeback. So excited to take you guys on this journey with this millennial mom who is about to turn forty after four babies. I owe this to myself.
It’s been 6 weeks since I’ve had my baby girl and postpartum is such a vulnerable time. As someone who has had PPD with my last three babies I am so thankful for my family’s support over the past 6 weeks. From my amazing mother to my sisters and sister in law and even Savannah who has stepped up as the best big sister and always asks everyday how she can help me. From cooking, cleaning, organizing or simply holding the baby so I can take a nap, I am so thankful. It truly takes a village and we were not meant to do this alone. #momoffour #ittakesavillage
