Everything in my live got to the next level after… I realized and actually internalized, that I had to carry my own weight. Growing up without a father or mother presence wounded me deeply. And I developed my own views of the world that most times did me more harm than good. I developed an internal resentful energy that held me back from my fullest potential and what God had planned for me. Not too long ago I grew wiser. Even though my past caused me a lot of trauma and resentment towards the world. I decided that it doesn’t define any of the actions that I take from this moment on. So I told myself I was responsible for everything that happened to me, is happening to me on a daily, and will still happen. Every problem that I face in my relationships and business that literally freezes me because my internal beliefs about myself, I decide to absolutely dominate those moments in the most righteous way possible. And with things that holds me back because I just don’t know how to do them. I decide that I owed myself to figure it out no matter how long it took. It’s okay that sometimes I’m a little slower at developing the skills that I need. But I will not quit. I will do it until the job is finished. One task at a time. I told myself. I can’t handle more than one thing. All I can do is to do the best I can with this one task at hand right now. I’ve learned this from the book: “How to stop worrying and start living” -Dale Carnegie Everything is flowing now. There is a secret to my strength that I haven’t told you… 😬 “Core Strength” The reason I’m so explosive with my movements is because over the past 8 years my number one priority was developing a strong core. As you can see in this video even at 215lbs I’m able to move very fast and explosive with clean execution of each movement. And that is because my core is extremely strong. First 4 years was calisthenics only Then the next 4 was a combination of both weight lifting and calisthenics. It doesn’t matter what plan I’m currently following, I modified most of my lifts and body weight exercises to prioritize core engagement. How you integrate that into your training to make sure that you are still isolating specific muscle groups and maximizing on your growth while building a strong core is where things gets a little more complicated. Core strength is the Ultimate foundation for superhuman strength. Here is how you will develop your Core strength to this level… 1️⃣ Foundation First: Planks and bridges, dragon flag progressions, leg raises & toes to bar. L-Sit hanging and parallel bar. 2️⃣ Dynamic Movements: Incorporate exercises like Russian twists and medicine ball slams for explosive power. Hanging around the world, dragon flag raises and dynamic planks. 3️⃣ Balance Training: Challenge your core with stability ball workouts and single-leg exercises. Also do single arm plank exercises and transitions. 4️⃣ Weighted Workouts: Add resistance with dumbbells or kettlebells to build serious strength. Work up to weighted L-Sit and weighted hanging leg raises. 5️⃣ Consistency is Key: Aim for core workouts 3-4 times a week if you actually wanna build this level of strength. Your core is just like other muscles groups but most people neglect training it for some reason.
