I have told so many doctors the past year how much I am struggling and I wish more than anything that even ONE of them suggested this / suggested I dive deeper into what is causing my PMDD. There is so much I’ve been learning from TikTok ALONE lately that has been helping me take the right steps to get my health under control that it breaks my heart how misinformed women are with how symptoms like the ones that have ANYTHING to do with how severe PMDD can get each month is not NORMAL!!
