THE FINAL BOSS CHALLENGE! This entire past year I’ve been challenging you (and myself) to implement 1 healthy habit for the first week of each month. This year, in order we’ve done: cold showers, meditation, stretching, journaling, yoga, hydration, morning walks, reading, reducing screen time, cardio, and dietary restrictions. It’s been so much fun pushing myself and all of you to be a little bit healthier and for this LAST AND FINAL MONTH, whether you’ve joined in for none, one, or all, I challenge you to double down, and do one, two, or more of the previous challenges together for the first week of December. Maybe you missed some, maybe you loved some, but let’s turn these healthy habits up a notch and do two or more at once!!
