Better than fried rice, beef tomato rice, easy dinner or lunch for the whole family! Leftover is my kids school lunch tomorrow.#chinesefood #rice #cookingbomb
#ad I said NO to the seasoning packet and made my Tomato Egg Instant Noodles the Chinese way — with real tomatoes, fluffy egg clouds, and spicy Douban magic! If you’re Chinese, you know we don’t eat tomato skins 😂 Better than the packet. And yes, I measure with my Chinese eyeballs 👁👁#cookingbomb #tomatoes #chinesefood #noodles #instantramen #ramen #EasyRecipe
She made me a mom in 2000, and from that moment, my life changed forever. Our path wasn’t easy—separated by distance, entangled in custody battles, and years of longing. In 2009, I traveled to China, orchestrating a secret reunion with the help of my mother, just to hold her again. It wasn’t until 2016 that she came to live with me in the U.S., starting anew in 9th grade without knowing English. Despite the challenges, she graduated high school in 2020 and completed college by 2023. Now, in 2025, we stand together, stronger than ever. One of the most unforgettable moments was waiting at San Francisco airport in 2016. I hadn’t seen her since she was 9, and suddenly, there she was—a 16-year-old young woman walking toward me. I could hardly believe my eyes. We hugged so tightly, it felt like trying to make up for all those lost years in a single embrace. That moment is etched in my heart forever. Looking back at these photos, it’s wild to see how far we’ve come. From that tiny newborn who made me a mom, to the incredible woman she is today—it’s been a journey filled with tears, laughter, and so much love. Sharing these moments feels like opening a time capsule of our lives. Thanks for letting me share our story with you. Wishing a Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms out there. Your love and strength inspire us every day🌸🌷❤️ #mothersday #mothersday2025 #momanddaughter
I still make grammar mistakes, Chinese is so much easier, no gender in talking 😄 and my kids are tasting and eating Tanghulu, recipe in last video! #chinesefood #tanghulu #chinesemom #momanddaughter
Tea hotpot? It’s like hotpot but with tea! Grill some fruits and nuts , watch a movie with my family , full video on yt:) #tea #chinesetea #momlife #afternoontea
If you’ve only had the strawberry version, my dear… you’ve been lied to. The real Tanghulu is made with 山楂 — Chinese hawthorn berries, and they’re finally in season! 🛒 Check your local Asian market — now’s the time to try it. They’re perfectly tart, coated in a thin layer of crunchy sugar that’s just right — not too sour, not too sweet. 💥 Honestly? Way better than strawberries. More bite, more flavor… and 100% tastes like my childhood. I measure with my Chinese eyeballs But don’t worry — I dropped the recipe in the video for those of you who need backup 😉 So crunchy. So nostalgic. So worth it. #chinesefood #tanghulu
