YOU WILL NEED: - 1 x Shin Ramyun original - 1 x egg - 1 x generous handful of grated cheddar and mozzarella - 1 x pack of roasted nori - 1 x Spring onion for garnish
NOTE: Shin Ramyun is actually vegan certified so feel free to opt out of the egg and cheese or replace with vegan alternatives! RECIPE: - Bring a pot of water to boil and make your delicious Shin Ramyun according to packet instructions. Soak the glass noodles in hot water for 30 minutes until smooth. 2. Put oil in a pan on high heat and stir-fry the carrots and onions for 1 minute. 3. Add the sauce and glass noodles to the pan. 4. Lower the heat to low and stir everything together for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to absorb and the ingredients to combine well. 5. price goes down and kimchi season is coming Ingredients - 2 Napa cabbages - 2.5 cups of any salt - 1 asian pear - 1 apple - 1 onions - 4 green onions - 200g of spring onion - 500g of garlic - 25g of ginger - 300g of gochugaru - 1/2 daikon - Kombu - Dried fish (dipori) - anchovy sauce - shrimp jeot - Glutinous rice flour Recipe (Cabbage) 1. Cut each Napa cabbage into quarters. 2. Mix 2 cups of salt with 2 cups of water and soak the cabbage. 3. Sprinkle salt on the thick parts of the cabbage. 4. Let it soak for 3-4 hours until the cabbage is flexible without breaking. 5. Rinse the cabbage in water to remove excess salt. 6. If it‘s too salty, soak it in water for an additional hour. 7. Once it reaches the right balance of not too bland or too salty, drain the water for 3 hours. Recipe (Seasoning) 1. Cut green onions into 1cm pieces, and chives into 3cm pieces. 2. In a pot, add dried anchovies, kombu, 1 onion, 1/4 of the radish, and 600ml of water. simmer for 10 minutes (broth). 3. Blend 1 asian pear, 1 apple, 1 onions, 500g of garlic, 25g of ginger, and 2 cups of the broth to make a vegetable paste. 4. Cut the remaining radish (Julienne shape cutting). 5. In a bowl, mix the julienned radish, 3 tablespoons of shrimp jeot, and 3 tablespoons of anchovy sauce. 6. In a pan, mix 50g of glutinous rice flour with 200g of water. Stir on low heat until it thickens. 7. Once thickened, mix it with the vegetable paste. 8. If it tastes bland, adjust the taste by adding shrimp jeot or anchovy sauce. Recipe (assemble) 1. Add the seasoning to each layer of cabbage. 2. Seal the finished kimchi and ferment it at room temperature for 3 days. 3. After that, store it in the refrigerator and enjoy it #koreanfood #kimchi #김치

Korean Food Series : Oi Sobagi (stuffed cucumber kimchi) T = Tablespoon t = teaspoon Ingredients - 1kg Cucumbers - 2T Salt - 100g Chives - 100g Carrots - 1 Onion - 50g gochugaru - 40g Fish sauce - 3T Minced garlic How to make 1. Cut 1kg of cucumbers into 8cm lengths (approximately half of a long cucumber). 2. Leaving 2cm at the end uncut, cut the rest into quarters (like squid legs). 3. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of salt and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour to pickle. 4. Cut 100g of chives into 1cm pieces, and slice the carrot into thin, long pieces, about 4-5cm long. 5. Blend 1 onion, 3 tablespoons of minced garlic, and 40g of fish sauce in a blender to make a vegetable paste. 6. Mix this with 50g of gochugaru and chive, carrots 7. After 1 hour, rinse the salted cucumbers three times with water. If they are too salty, soak them in water for another hour 8. Stuff the cucumbers with the seasoning, ensuring it reaches all the crevices. 9. The cucumbers can be eaten right away(I love this way, more crunchy) or allowed to ferment at room temperature for 1 day (it depends on your taste , store in the refrigerator). #koreanfood #kimchi #김치 #cucumber #cucumberkimchi #oisobagi

Korean Food Series : Jjajangmyeon Ingredients (Serves 4) - Pork meat 400g - Black bean paste (Chunjang) 100–150g - 1 Onion - 1 Green onion - Ginger 1 piece (20g) - Sugar - Soy sauce - Oyster sauce - Potato starch Recipe 1. Cut 400g of pork into 3cm cubes (bite-sized pieces). 2. Stir-fry the pork over high heat for 2 minutes (to get a Maillard reaction). 3. Mince the ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute. 4. Lower the heat and add the black bean paste (chunjang), stir-frying for 1-2 minutes. 5. Dice the onion and green onion, then stir-fry for 1 minute. 6. Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 2 cups of water. Simmer for 5 minutes. 7. Mix potato starch and water in a 1:1 ratio, then gradually add to the sauce while stirring to thicken the consistency. 8. I wanted to make this video to highlight my brother and his non-traditional route. He’s currently a resident right now, but it took him quite a journey to get there.
