🚨 Errores comunes en la máquina de abducción 🚨 Si solo abres y cierras sin control, sin un tempo establecido y sin conexión mente-músculo, estás desperdiciando el ejercicio. ❌ ✅ Claves para una buena ejecución: ✔️ Apertura rápida, pero cierre lento y controlado. ✔️ Ajusta 1-2 segundos en la contracción para realmente sentir el trabajo en el glúteo medio. 🤔 ¿Cómo lo hago? ¿Inclinado o echado? Si te inclinas hacia adelante, activas más las fibras superiores del glúteo mayor debido a la flexión de cadera, pero eso no significa que el glúteo medio deje de trabajar. 🔥 Lo importante: Encuentra la postura en la que te sientas más cómodo/a, agarra firme y hazlo de forma controlada.
