Si te inclinas hacia adelante, activas más las fibras superiores del glúteo mayor debido a la flexión de cadera, pero eso no significa que el glúteo medio deje de trabajar. 🔥 Lo importante: Encuentra la postura en la que te sientas más cómodo/a, agarra firme y hazlo de forma controlada.
